Delivery:

All UK delivery is included in price. As many of our items are made to order, please allow: 3-5 days delivery for a standard product, 7-10 days for a personalised product.

VAT:

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. Returns: If you are unhappy with your standard order for any reason, return it to us (unworn /unused) within 28 days and a full refund will be offered to the value of the goods or an exchange offered. Please allow 7 days to process.

Should you wish to return a personalised product for any reason, please contact us at mail@sittingonthewall.com prior to return and within 28 days.

You will need to pay the postage for the goods you are returning unless they are faulty. It is also advisable to ensure you acquire the required insurance and proof of postage.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
